These terms cover your use of olinqs.com, operated by OLOBOROS GROUP, Rue de Serbie 67, 4000 Liège, Belgium (“we”). Contact: admin@anyone.fr.

Free QR codes

The QR code generator is free, needs no account and adds no watermark. Static codes encode your content directly, so they keep working without us; a code that points to a website still depends on that website.

Paid plans

Short links, dynamic QR codes and the API need a paid plan: Core ($10, one-time), Pro ($100, one-time) or Pro monthly ($10 per month). Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. A one-time plan gives access for as long as the service runs. Pro monthly renews each month until you cancel; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid month. You can manage payment details and cancel from your dashboard.

A full refund or a payment dispute ends the access it paid for, and links that depend on it stop working. If something is wrong with a purchase, write to us; this does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Your links and content

You are responsible for the destinations and text you publish. Short links stay available while your account may use them. If a paid plan ends without a refund, existing redirects keep working, but creating, editing, analytics and the API need an active plan.

Acceptable use

Do not use olinqs for phishing, malware, fraud, spam, illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights, and do not try to disrupt or overload the service. We may block links and suspend accounts that do, and we review reports sent through the report form.

Availability and liability

We work to keep olinqs running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Belgian law applies, without affecting mandatory protections of the country where you live.
