QR codes for real estate signs

One sign, every listing.

Put one QR code on your for-sale sign. It opens the listing today, and your next one once the house sells. You see how many people scanned it, and on which days.

Make this sign’s code

The generator opens with this listing. To make it an editable code with scan stats, sign in and get the Core plan: $10, paid once.

A sign works all day. Now you can count it.

People walk past a sign at all hours, and few of them call. Its code tells you how many stopped to look.

Scans per day
See which days bring people, and whether a price change brought more.
Phones and countries
What kind of device scanned it, and from which country: buyers moving from abroad show up.
A code per sign
Give each sign its own code, and compare one street with the next.
Nothing to reprint
Change where a code leads at any time. The printed code stays the same.

When the house sells, the sign moves on.

Point the sign’s code at your next listing nearby, or at a page of everything you have for sale. Change it in My links; the code on the sign stays as it is.

Signs go up again at the next house, and the people who scan them still reach you.

Questions

All plans →

Do I need a new code for each listing?

No. Make one code per sign and change where it leads in My links when the house sells. The printed code stays the same.

What do the statistics show?

How many times the code was scanned each day, from which countries and on what kind of device. They don’t show who scanned it: no names, numbers or email addresses.

How big should the code be on a sign?

Read from the pavement three metres away, a code holding a short link should be about 35 cm across. A long listing address makes a denser code that needs to be bigger, which is one more reason to use a short link. Work it out for your sign with the size calculator in our guide to QR codes that won’t scan.

What happens to my codes if I stop paying?

Core is paid once, so there is nothing to stop paying: your codes keep working and you can keep changing them.

Can the code carry our logo and colours?

Yes. Add your logo, your colours and a frame with a few words, like “Scan for photos”, in the generator.
