Questions
All the EU rules, explained →Does it follow the EU rules for wine labels?
Yes. The page shows only the ingredients and nutrition, keeps nothing about who scans it and has no sales content, as Regulation (EU) 2021/2117 asks. The allergens and the energy value still go on the bottle.
What happens to my e-labels if I stop paying?
Nothing: the pages and their codes keep working. Core and Pro are paid once, and your pages stay online as they are.
Can I change an e-label after printing?
Yes: its address and code stay the same. Correct mistakes whenever you like. When a new vintage or blend has other ingredients, make a new e-label, so the bottles already sold keep showing what is in them.
How is the energy value calculated?
From the alcohol and the sugar, plus the average glycerol and organic acids of wine (7 and 6 g per litre, the values France’s DGCCRF uses), with the EU’s conversion factors. If your laboratory gives other values, enter them instead. To work it out for any wine, use the free wine calorie calculator.
Can I put my logo on the page?
